Jenns birthday

Momo has been promising me some Kindereggs ever since she went to Hong Kong over Christmas break. Well, here it is March 11th, and I finally managed to get them yesterday. I had long ago given up all hope of ever seen my chocolate-covered choking-hazard ovoids of yummy goodness, having resigned myself to the idea that she had eaten them one night in a fit of chocolate frenzy, but it turns out she actually did manage to persevere!! We celebrated by having a Kinderegg party right in the library (where we were obstensibly “studying”…)
While they look innocent enough, Momo is clearly eyeing my super cool Kinderegg prize (she got stuck with a crappy “Taz” doll that in addition to coming in only two parts, had the most ridiculous instructions I’ve ever seen in a kinderegg (I’ll post it later on whe I get home tonight…)) and Meredith, unfortunately, proved to be crazy…
My alligator so voraciously chomping on Meredith’s hair somehow ended up being traded for Melissa’s Tazmania devil doll when I wasn’t looking…
In other news, it was Jenn’s birthday on Saturday, and we all celebrated by going out to the Red Shed. I got there late and was forced to wait outside in a stupid line for 20 freezing, torturously cold minutes… when I got inside, the bouncer gave me static about my idea (which, in addition to having one of the worst pictures of me known to exist, clearly says I’m under 21 until 2001, which, if I was going to have a fake, you would think I at least wouldn’t create one that would attract added scrutiny like that…) Eventually, I managed to get in (*waves finger around in sarcastic “whoo-hoo” sign…) and we did manage to have a good, gangsta’ time. As you can see, while I hold down the West, Eric (on the left) represents the more arthritic East, and Joe, for whatever reason, appears to be a pirate….?
The two love birds, however, seemed to have a good time… Aww, aren’t they cute together?
Right now, John is singing Mr.Big’s “To be with you…”. I am scared… though not as scared as when he and Steph were playing Dance Dance Revolution (DDR), with a very very feral look in their eyes…
