During the day, Asagaya (or at least what I saw of it around the station) doesn't have all that much to offer in terms of sights. However, I imagine that at night, this street lined with drinking establishments and little hole-in-the-wall type places, really must come into its own. Even during the afternoon though, I have to admit that I did rather enjoy the whole tangled messes of power cables that seemed to be draped everywhere.
